Question: How do I troubleshoot Can't open Adobe PDF in my Web Browser issues

Took some time to research it. Turns out it's pretty common to have compatibility problems... with Adobe PDF and all the different website we have to login to these days.

Since there's not just one fix for all problems with PDF's the best way to deal with the problems is to teach ourselves how to follow steps to work around the many common compatibility issues.

I found this Helpful Adobe troubleshooting information that provides easy ways to work-around common Can't View Adobe PDF on the Web issues.

1. Login to Peachtree with an Administrator account
2. Click the System Tab
3. Scroll down to Company Maintenance
4. Click on the Run Audit Trail report
5. Click the Options Icon at the top of the report
6. Choose Date From: and To: fields
7. Choose Sort by: Username
8. Select User Name under Select a Filter:
9. Select Range and From: username To: username to run audit report against

Click OK to see your filtered results

Windows 7 printer is greyed out and says it's offline. How do I reconnect my printer.

Steps

Window 7

1. Open Devices and Printers
2. Right click your printer icon
3. Click See what’s printing from the menu
4. Click the word printer
5. Remove check mark from use printer offline

Tip: Make sure your printer is your default printer

Microsoft has an automatic Fix it that will correct the problem for you. Just visit the below support page and download and run the Microsoft Fix it.

If you are moving from one Microsoft Outlook 2007 installation to a new installation on another computer you may notice your email autocomplete is empty. No problem you can move the file that contains this to the new installation. Steps

1. Copy th file outlookprofilename.NK2 located at the below folder path:

In Windows Vista, Windows Server 2008 and Windows 7

C:\Users\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Outlook

In Windows XP

C:\Documents and Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook\

2. Paste the file outlookprofilename.NK2 on the new installation at the same folder path:

In Windows Vista, Windows Server 2008 and Windows 7

C:\Users\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Outlook

In Windows XP

C:\Documents and Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook\

Note: If the profile name is the same just paste over and replace the outlookprofilename.NK2. If the profile has changed just rename the outlookprofilename.NK2.
